Asyntai Free Plan Review: Our Real Test
A free website assistant that declined to invent a policy in our small test.
Watch the actual test
September 25 setup footage, then an October 4 visitor test: useful source-based answers and refusal to invent a refund policy for a nonexistent product.
What $0 gets you
Vendor pricing and our observed account limits are separated below. Test-account allocations are not a promise for every signup.
The review
Asyntai adds AI chat to your website. It uses the site content you supply to answer visitor questions. Our test checks a useful content-based answer and how it handles information that is missing, not every feature or a general accuracy benchmark.
In our September 25 setup test, we gave Asyntai FreeStack's public website. Eight pages were listed in the crawl. The recorded counter moved from 100 to 97 after three replies.
That historical test included questions about published facts and a policy the site did not provide. These are dated observations, not proof of current account usage or general accuracy.
The current video combines September 25 setup footage with an October 4 visitor test on an isolated test page. The assistant answered what FreeStack does and a question about ElevenLabs free-output rights using its stored source. That rights answer is not a fresh vendor pricing or license check. When asked for a refund policy for a nonexistent $49 Creator Kit, the assistant said it did not have that information and directed the visitor to support. This is one observed refusal, not proof it never invents answers.
Asyntai public pricing, checked October 5, 2026, lists a free plan with 100 messages per month, one website, up to 50 crawled pages, one million characters and one seat, with no card required. Starter is $39 per month on monthly billing. Annual billing shows $35 per month, billed annually, and is a separate commitment.
The free allowance lets you try whether a website assistant fits your content. It does not remove the need to check wrong answers, update source pages and decide when a human should take over.
The catch
100 replies is a small monthly budget. A useful answer and one refusal do not establish reliability; review the assistant's answers before customers rely on them.
From the actual build
Actual October 4 visitor-test screens from the reviewed v20 video. Older setup counters are dated separately.

October 4 visitor test: an answer based on the FreeStack content supplied to the assistant.

The bot repeats its stored ElevenLabs review. This is not a fresh check of ElevenLabs pricing or licenses.

A nonexistent product question: it said it lacked the information and pointed to support. One answer is not a reliability guarantee.
Asyntai free plan: questions people ask
Did FreeStack test every Asyntai feature?
No. This review covers the workflows and limits stated above. Menus alone do not prove working features.
A useful way to test a focused website assistant before paying. Review answers yourself before putting it in front of customers.
