Choose by the job
FineVoice tests voices and voice tools. Fliki puts narration into scenes. Choose by whether you need an audio sample or a finished video, then check the free license.
FineVoice: what our account showed
In our account: one downloadable 14-second Madison MP3 from a 179-character script, three Voice Design previews from one generation, and one Voice Changer result. Allowances vary by account and the public table differs. A useful free test bench: Madison produced a clear, downloadable sample, but this particular delivery was a little flat and not right for a professional explainer. Free output is restricted to noncommercial evaluation.
Fliki: what our account showed
3 credits a month, 300 voices across 80+ languages, and 720p watermarked exports. No card to start. A real free tool, not a demo. We made and exported a finished, voiced video for $0. Use it to test voices, learn the workflow, and make personal videos. For monetized videos, ads, or client work, check the paid commercial license first.
The free-license boundary
FineVoice's Free Plan terms limit generated output to personal, noncommercial and internal evaluation. No client work, advertising or monetized use on the free license. We did not use FineVoice's generated audio as the soundtrack of our affiliate video. The public pricing table also labels free downloads 'Preview Only', although an MP3 downloaded in this account. Check current terms before using any output.
Credits depend on workflow and edits. Regenerating after four added words used 0.23 credits in our filmed rerun, nearly the initial 0.24-credit voice take. Free exports are 720p with a watermark; commercial rights come with paid plans.
Which tool should you test first?
FineVoice fits a small voice experiment. Fliki fits trying narration in a video. Both free routes have noncommercial limits; neither test proves a matched voice-quality winner.
