ElevenLabs Brand Kit: free setup, paid generation
Brand Kit keeps colors, fonts and visual rules in one place. Our Free account built a fictional drink kit, but generation with it required Starter or above.

What changed
ElevenLabs announced Brand Kit on October 9. The kit stores a brand's colors, fonts, logos, reference images and visual rules. Type @ in an Image & Video prompt, a Flow or the ElevenCreative agent to use the kit. ElevenLabs says the same kit can guide work across these tools.
Why it matters
A saved kit can reduce the need to repeat a brand's visual rules in every prompt. Teams can use the same kit, and agencies can keep separate kits for different clients. These are ElevenLabs' stated features. Our test checked kit setup and access on Free, not the quality of kit-guided output.
Reality Check
We built Luma Tide, a fictional botanical drink brand, on a Free account. We saved a palette, a font and visual rules, then attached the kit to an image prompt. The Generate action showed that generating with a brand kit requires Starter or above. We did not upgrade. No Brand Kit output was generated in our test. The short shows illustrations of our ordinary free images, which used no kit. Each illustration is labeled "illustration - original images not allowed by Elevenlabs Terms". ElevenLabs' official demo results are separate from our test. Free-generated content has no commercial license under the current publishing help. Checked October 11, 2026.
