HeyGen makes fast AI voice free through November 30

HeyGen Voice Turbo Free turns text into speech without a card or credit balance through November 30, 2026. Shared capacity and free-plan output rights are the catches.

FreeStack News hero for HeyGen Voice Turbo Free: temporary free text-to-speech offer through November 30, 2026, with an illustrative waveform and the free-plan evaluation limit

What changed

HeyGen now offers Voice Turbo Free, a temporary text-to-speech option that is free through November 30, 2026. Its docs say requests need no credit balance and can use public voices or an instant voice clone. Professional clones are not supported. Choose Turbo Free in the playground or the matching model in the speech API; the paid Turbo model is separate.

Why it matters

This gives developers a no-card way to evaluate HeyGen speech for tests, prototypes and small amounts of audio. There is no promise of unlimited capacity or guaranteed response time. Our coverage shows the public playground and official documentation, not a hands-on audio-quality test.

Reality Check

The default limit is 30 requests per minute per endpoint and workspace member. Turbo Free users share capacity, so requests can return HTTP 429 even below that limit. Free requests never switch to a paid model automatically. HeyGen's current free-plan terms restrict output to personal, non-commercial use or internal evaluation and prohibit redistribution and monetization. Do not treat this temporary offer as free commercial voice production.
